Welcome to the Suntransfers Driver Events API integration guide.

The Driver Events API allows suppliers to send Driver Events to Suntransfers in real time throughout the transfer journey.

Driver Events cover key moments during the transfer, as well as GPS location data when available. This information gives Suntransfers visibility into the journey and enables us to keep customers better informed about their transfer.

What does the integration do?

Once integrated, your system can send Driver Events to Suntransfers as key moments happen during the journey, such as:

• The driver has departed towards the pickup location.
• The driver has arrived at the pickup location.
• The customer did not show up at the pickup location.
• The passenger is onboard.
• The transfer has been completed.

These events give Suntransfers a real-time view of the transfer journey and help us provide customers with relevant, up-to-date information.
